Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate new manufacturing concepts, processes, and technical solutions
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new production concepts and technologies
  • Create technical specifications, design documentation, and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams to ensure successful concept deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support manufacturing excellence programs
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial systems
  • Design of industrial equipment
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering challenges
  • Knowledge of project management and risk management methodologies
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Strong technical documentation and presentation skills

  • Proactive and self-driven mindset
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and innovation

Education:

  • Master's degree (or bachelor’s degree with experience) in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Relevant Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering design, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or production development.
  • Experience working within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Understanding product lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with feasibility studies, process development, or industrial projects is an advantage.
  • Renewable energy industry experience is beneficial but not required
