Senior Director -Quality M/F

We are seeking a Senior Director Quality to manage our quality activities across our global manufacturing sites. In this pivotal role based in Szczecin factory, you will ensure that our products and processes consistently meet or exceed customer quality standards. You’ll oversee all quality assurance and quality control operations, leading dedicated quality managers and teams to drive excellence. As a strategic leader, you will work cross-functionally with other departments to develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across all our production sites.
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations.
    Collaborate with global QHSE team members to develop and implement quality management strategies.
    Participate in global quality audits and assessments.
    Share best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor quality teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to uphold quality standards.
  • Implement operational excellence initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an international, production-focused company.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulations.
  • Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 20% of the time).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global team interactions.
  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 & IATF-16949.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
