Our customers demand an increased support for their wind turbines, and as a result, our business is growing. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Managers in both the bidding process and project execution phase.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales Managers in their daily work.

  • Handling bids and contracts and various administrative tasks.

  • Ensuring that the sales process is followed (Bid/noBid, review, etc.)

  • Ensuring compliance with the authorization and signatory rules of KK Wind Solutions.

  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure that all needs and requirements are met on various ongoing project related tasks

  • Participating in meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Managing and updating our CRM system.

  • Train and onboard new team members in the use of CRM and internal processes.

  • Develop guides and tools to support the sales organization.

  • Contributing to the optimization of sales processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate workshops or meetings between departments to share knowledge and resolve challenges.

  • Contributing to forecasting activities by providing input based on the sales pipeline.

  • Maintaining our common SharePoint site.

  • Supporting corporate reporting and analysis.

  • Supporting management with ad hoc sales related tasks.

Our requirements

  • Experience from a similar or adjacent role.
  • Strong in structure and discipline.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Good commercial understanding and ability to handle complex product mix and pricing.
  • Strong IT skills; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, CRM systems and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Travels up to 4 times per year in connection to internal collaboration (typically in Denmark).
