Project Manager - Service Operations

You will take the lead in driving projects within Global Service, enhancing our position as the best-in-class service and aftermarket solutions provider in the wind industry, and delivering exceptional value to both customers and KK. Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead projects in Global Service, which include Site projects, and Low Volume-High Variability (LoVo-HiVa)/NSP initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, sourcing, operations etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to address issues.
     

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.
     

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and approvals.
     

Continuous Improvement:

  • Embrace a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities for process improvement.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement changes accordingly.
     

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare  regular status  reports and host SteerCo meetings to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including lessons.

Our requirements

  • An education in project management, construction management, engineering or a related field
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on field operations
  • Have the flexibility to travel around 30-50 days a year to support projects in and outside of Denmark
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies; training or a certification in Project Management would be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong people management skills, either in a functional or direct leadership capacity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Speak and write English fluently

 

 

Location:
This role can be based in KK Wind Solutions’ offices in Hammel or Ikast, with flexibility for hybrid work.
