Program Manager

As an Integration Program Manager, you will be a driving force in facilitating the successful planning and execution of business integration programs. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating communication across stakeholders, organizing and leading workshops, and creating critical plans to ensure alignment and structured governance throughout the integration process.

In this role, you will act as a key facilitator, enabling collaboration across departments such as IT and business functions. You will gather requirements, streamline communication, and ensure that integration activities follow a well-defined framework. You will be instrumental in steering discussions, identifying risks, and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned to achieve integration objectives.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering alignment and driving structured processes to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of integration programs, ensuring milestones, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying resource requirements and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and business units to align program activities with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to communicate program updates, risks, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to senior stakeholders when necessary.
  • Assist in driving the creation and implementation of standardized global process templates.
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth handoffs, clear communication, and alignment on technical and business requirements.
  • Provide input on lessons learned to improve future program management practices.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles in transformation projects or consulting.

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., SAFe, PRINCE2, LEAN) or a willingness to pursue certification.

  • Knowledge of global process design or experience working in process improvement projects.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex program components.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
