People Business Partner (Poland)

As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR initiatives aligned with the KK Wind Solutions strategy and contributing to policy deployment at the Polish site. Your responsibilities will include recommending optimal business solutions to support company growth and serving as the liaison for the People and Culture Department with all employees in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular meetings, advising  on people development and engagement, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes, and delivering tailored solutions to support business units. Act as a trusted advisor for foremen and managers.
  • Support the business with efficient recruitment processes for production positions, analyzing data trends and metrics related to workforce and talent acquisition.
  • Provide support to managers in handling challenging conversations with employees.
  • Ensure adherence to local and global processes utilizing company tools and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Develop and execute employee branding activities to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the People and Culture department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
  • Monitor and calculate basic HR metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Lead or support all HR processes related to the yearly HR cycle.
  • Undertake additional tasks associated with the People Business Partner function.

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and other HR functions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for fostering positive relationships with employees.
