Manufacturing NPI- Global Project Coordinator

At our office in Szczecin, we are seeking a Global Project Coordinator – Manufacturing NPI, a key role to coordinate NPI performance and management across all sites globally.The role involves assisting our NPI Project Managers in administrative tasks, structuring NPI activities across projects to enhance performance and delivery according to the KK project Stage Gate model. The coordinator will also ensure uniform and structured forecasting, allocation, and realization of NPI projects regarding resources, gate deliverables, budget, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, controlling and tracking resources, gate deliverables, KPIs, budget, and performance across all NPI projects.
  • Coordinating meetings, escalations, gate passages, and lessons learned activities to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing NPI project management tools to optimize workflows and enhance project efficiency.
  • Conducting regular evaluations of existing project management processes and tools, identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed tools, ensuring clarity, structure, transparency and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into practical and user-friendly toolkits.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to team members on the utilization of project management tools, ensuring widespread proficiency and adoption.
  • Remaining up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging project management tools and technologies, recommending integration strategies where appropriate.
  • Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate project management tools with existing systems and platforms.
  • Addressing issues pertaining to the functionality and performance of project management tools to maintain operational excellence.

 

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master in Engineering (Preferably Industrial & Systems).
  • Knowledge of IPMA D/C, SCRUM and project tools
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of project management tools.
  • Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Previous experience in training and supporting end users on new tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with the ability to create complex workflows and applications.
  • Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to create custom solutions tailored to the organisation's project management needs.
  • Business acumen with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
