Manager - Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our logistic department team and actively contribute to both the operational activities of the team and key initiatives and projects that support our business expansion.

This individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day warehouse management, should demonstrate and apply highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills the ability to manage complex programs in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management

  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, manage the flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime

  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary

  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics within a production company

  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in warehouse management in a production environment

  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and processes

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop warehouse teams effectively

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent time and task management abilities

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High level of initiative, motivation, and drive

  • Commitment to a LEAN mindset and continuous improvement

  • Alignment with and ability to uphold the company’s core values

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 (D365) environment
