Lead - Sales & Operations Planning

We are seeking a Lead for Sales & Operations Planning at our Szczecin factory. This role involves collaborating with business units to secure forecast data input to ERP systems and transforming this data into business decisions. You will ensure efficient information flow throughout the supply chain, from customer to production and material supply. Key responsibilities include creating and updating the Global Forecast and Master Plan.

 

You will drive the Sales and Operations Planning process within your planning area, facilitating cross-functional collaboration among sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to develop and execute plans aligned with KK Wind Solutions' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update the global forecast and master plan.
  • Analyze big data to create trade-off scenarios impacting the supply chain.
  • Conduct monthly Portfolio, Sales, and Supply Reviews for your business unit.
  • Prepare and execute monthly S&OP Master Planning meetings.
  • Maintain and improve forecast accuracy calculations.
  • Prepare and upload Budget Baseline data biannually.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales lead times for forecasted items biannually.
  • Support and act as a backup for the Manager of Global S&OP.
  • Ensure discipline in master data management within forecasting and master planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and participate in regular customer meetings.
  • Participate in internal development projects.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in a similar role or in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management within the electro-mechanical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, ERP systems, and preferably other planning or modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow Sales & Operations Planning processes and present supply chain challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills for handling complex data and deriving insights.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and focused on achieving objectives.
  • Ability to balance broad oversight with detailed focus on forecast figures, ensuring data quality.
  • Comfortable addressing dilemmas and engaging in constructive confrontation.
  • Skilled in facilitating S&OP meetings.
  • Fluent in English.
