Lead - Mechanical Engineering

·   Secure a realistic project plan and taking a project from the very start and till the end, responsible for both the technical as well as economic side of the project together with technical project lead & project manager.
-     Understanding the purpose of APQP4Wind and how the deliveries are tied together, which tools are required, etc.
-  Ensure that technical changes are confirmed with the Customer through technical project lead to keep the project on track and always to the customers satisfaction, whether they are internal or external customers. –
·   Ensure before the projects starts, that all technical specification / project scope has been confirmed and agreed with the customer(TPL responsible for customer interaction), and defines the scope, and store all documents according to the project folder structure decided in KK project model.
-  Secure& review design (both electrical and mechanical layout) and component choices (Purchase specification ) according to KK Wind solutions standards , electrical standards & as per customer requirement.
-   Knows how to use the D-FMEA tool and how to evaluate and score a design.
-   Make mechanical design calculation - Create BOM ( ERP software ) , understand the product life cycle of the components , Configuration management , BOM review meeting , Master data for electrical components etc –
·   In close cooperation with the shop-floor/production floor

Solid Works Siemens NX Teamcenter Knowledge of KK products Experience with production Knowledge of ERP system English Standards Knowledge : - Exposure in relevant IEC/EN ( IEC 61439 , 60204 etc) & UL standards ( UL 508A). Personality profile: - Effective communication. - Strong interpersonal skills, proactive & positive approach and team player. - Excellent technical skills. - Planning & Organizing skills. - Self-starter & Self driven. - High commitment & Integrity. - Open & respectful. - Act in manners of professionalism according to KK values, and keep focus on the customer. - Adaptability to the situation & agility. - Open for travel to other localization when needed. Good to have Knowledge : - Turbine system & operation ( Yawing , pitching etc). - UPS system & inverters - Power converters - Grid compliances - EMC requirements - Batteries

Minimum 7+ years with with experience in manufacturing industry with knowledge in Design and development .

Education Qualification & Experience: - Master or bachelor graduate in Engineering Mechanical or similar with experience in manufacturing industry with knowledge in Design and development .
