Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly BI-based reports with analysis across the QHSE area — including Quality Levels, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and Safety Data — for Operations Management, Key Account Management (KAM), and Projects.
  • Act as the interface for the development of BI reports in the QHSE area, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Act as the interface for the maintenance of BI reports in the QHSE area, coordinating issue resolution, enhancements, and continuity of existing Power BI reports.
  • Act as the interface for the development of Power Apps in the QHSE area, gathering requirements and coordinating build and rollout.
  • Act as the interface for the maintenance of Power Apps in the QHSE area, ensuring stability, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain a facilitated overview of all QHSE BI and automation assets, and coordinate the development of new solutions from intake to delivery.
  • Facilitate requirement ideation through workshops with QHSE stakeholders and convert outcomes into actionable user stories.
  • Maintain and refine the QHSE product backlog, ensuring user stories are well defined, prioritised, and ready for development.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    Manage the JIRA intake workflow for QHSE requests, ensuring quality, completeness, and adherence to standards.

Our requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Analytics, Automation, or Technology delivery environments.
  • Prior experience with, and understanding of, the Quality and Safety (QHSE) domain is beneficial — including familiarity with quality metrics, CoPQ, and safety reporting.
  • Experience gathering requirements for BI, Analytics, or Automation (Power Platform) projects.
  • Ability to produce reports with analysis and translate data into business insight for management audiences.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Working understanding of Power BI and Power Apps at a business-user level — sufficient to interpret reports, articulate requirements, and coordinate the develop/maintain lifecycle. Developer-level technical expertise in these tools is not required.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery through Scrum methodologies, and to JIRA intake and backlog management.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Process orientation with a mindset for resilience, continuity, and continuous improvement.
  • General familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps as a business user (viewing, navigating, and validating solutions).
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with QHSE business users, preparing test scenarios and facilitating validation of solutions against defined acceptance criteria.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience supporting a Quality, Safety & Environment (QHSE) or manufacturing/operations function.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, analytics concepts, or automation pipelines.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, PSM) are an added advantage.
