• Maintaining the stability, performance, and security of computer systems
• Configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software
• Installing and configuring operating systems and applications
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
• Providing technical support to users

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience as a Windows administrator
• Hands-on experience with Windows server administration
• Good knowledge of networking, firewall configuration and VPN
• Proficiency in using security tools and best practices, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• First 2 weeks business trip to Szczecin/Denmark to visit the team and production site. Then remote work
• Official business trips 2 times a year (totaling about 2 weeks)
