Education: A bachelor's degree within a manufacturing area is required. A business degree (e.g., MBA) combined with a technical background or high technical insight—particularly in Electrical Power Systems, Energy Systems, or related fields—is welcomed.
Experience: Over 10 years of leadership experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations within mid-sized industrial companies, with a strong track record of operating effectively in a global matrix organization.
Proven expertise in Lean methodologies with a strong track record of continuous improvement (CI) results.
Extensive experience in managing and coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites.

The person possesses strong leadership skills and have a proactive mindset and be very strong at communication. Your energy level is high and you have a high personal drive. Communication is central and key to success in this role, e.g. you must be able to create holistic and easy understandable presentations for executive decision making.

Travel:
You will be required to travel up to 50-70 days per year.
