At KK Group Cooling, you will work hands-on with simulation, testing, and product development – turning theoretical insights into robust, high-performance cooling solutions used by leading OEMs in the energy industry.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across R&D, engineering, and production, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within existing technologies. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to influence how future cooling solutions are designed – combining technical depth with practical impact.

• Develop and optimize thermal and fluid-based solutions for power electronics and energy systems
• Drive product development from concept phase to implementation and validation
• Perform CFD and FEA simulations to support design decisions and improve performance
• Plan and execute testing, including measurement of temperature, flow and pressure
• Analyze data and translate findings into concrete design improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering and production
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of existing technologies and solutions
• Support documentation, validation and quality assurance processes

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Dynamics or similar
• Strong flair for product development and technical design
• Proven ability to optimize existing solutions as well as develop new concepts from scratch
• Solid competencies within thermal and fluid dynamics
• Experience with CFD and FEA simulations
• Hands-on experience with testing and measurement of temperature, flow and pressure
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel approx. 20–25 days per year
• Structured, analytical and result-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
