Technician - Documentation and Validation

• Support creation and update of Process Work Instructions (PWI) for project-stage products.
• Prepare and maintain Sequence of Events (SoE) and sub-production documentation.
• Support preparation and update of manufacturing documentation for prototypes, pre-series, and ramp-up activities.
• Assist in updating process documentation based on engineering and manufacturing inputs.
• Support preparation of process flow documentation and manufacturing records.
• Assist in maintaining documentation alignment with BOM structures, routings, and engineering changes.
• Support document release activities in relevant systems and repositories.
• Assist in collecting and organizing inputs required for MOST analysis and takt time calculations.
• Support internal projects related to manufacturing improvements, automation, and process standardization.
• Participate in documentation reviews and cross-functional discussions when required.
• Ensure documentation updates are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ability to create and update process documentation in a structured manner.
• Basic understanding of Work Instructions, Sequence of Events, and manufacturing process flows.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and documentation systems.
• Exposure to CAD visualization tools such as SolidWorks Composer (or similar) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, process flow charts, and manufacturing quality concepts is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and documentation discipline.
