Technical Project Lead - Power Conversion Systems M/F

Are you a technically strong project leader who thrives on driving complex power converter projects from concept to qualification? We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to take technical ownership of NPD deliverables and ensure our solutions are robust, compliant, and cost-optimal—while guiding a team of engineers through development, integration, testing, and customer reviews.

Based at our Szczecin factory, you will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across our locations. You will also have the opportunity to travel up to 30 days per year to support project activities and strengthen cross-site cooperation.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, test and system interface.
Be technical interface to customer in a professional manner.
Accountable for the correct technical construction in projects according to customer expectations and good design practice.
Make and follow up on project plans together with the Project Manager and project stakeholders.
Secure that the technical solution and project execution is cost optimal and not “over engineered”.
Technical risk management.
Participate in external tests and FAI’s with customer.
Ensure achieved knowledge is transferred to new projects.
Accountable for NPD deliverables follow the KK quality standards.
Responsible for coordinating resource requirements with the project manager.

Our requirements

Engineering background with a good understanding of the technical aspects.
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management
Project management certifications are a benefit.
Knowledge of EN62477, EN61439 and D-FMEA.
Systematic way of working and following quality procedures.
Striving for optimal and cost-effective solutions.
Able to handle pressed situations and many parallel tasks.
Able to motivate and lead a multi-cultural project team.
Flexible towards changes.
Communications skills on high level.
Able to build on experience from others and fast to learn.
Positive and realistic view on things.
