Technical Project Lead - Control Systems M/F

At our factory in Szczecin, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to take on the role of Technical Project Lead, leading the maturation of our control panels for local production. These products are developed, manufactured, and delivered to one of our major wind turbine OEM customers.

Responsibilities

This is the key role between our customer and our production, therefore you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the key technical link between the customer and our production organization
  • Leading a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical & electrical) to convert specifications and/or designs into prototype version(s)
  • Driving engineering decisions based on customer needs and requirements
  • Ensuring product maturation focuses on quality, simplicity, design for manufacturing, design for serviceability, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Owning the technical project plan: delegating tasks, following up, and ensuring high-quality execution and documentation
  • Ensuring all technical deliverables align with the selected project model and milestones
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating technical and project risks proactively
  • Coordinating activities across the project team and wider organization to enable strong collaboration across departments, including shop-floor/blue-collar colleagues
  • Supporting an efficient handover from prototype to production by aligning engineering, operations, and stakeholders throughout the process

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar). Relevant industry experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Proven technical background in electrical engineering and industrial products/systems.
  • Experience with design, verification, and/or manufacturing of control cabinets (preferably within similar industries with high quality standards).
  • Experience as a technical project lead, or strong motivation and ambition to grow into such a role.
  • Proactive, communicative, and structured problem-solver with a supportive, collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English.
