Team Lead - Warehouse M/F

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide warehouse associates in daily activities.
  • Ensure proper receiving, booking, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control.
  • Coordinate with outbound logistics and transportation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Monitor housekeeping and warehouse discipline standards.
  • Prepare basic reports and support audits when required.
  • Maintain 5’S.
  • Knowledge of advanced material handling equipment.

Our requirements

  • Experience in warehouse management and store operations.
  • Leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS, D365 system knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Skilled in Handling 3PL Logistics. Licensed Warehouse.
  • Compliance Knowledge.

Additional information:

  • Warehouse and shop-floor based role.
  • Requires coordination with multiple shifts and teams.
  • Hands-on involvement in daily warehouse operations.
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to Warehouse / Operations Manager.
  • Leads warehouse executives, operators, and helpers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
  • On-time material availability for outbound dispatch.
  • Housekeeping and safety compliance.
  • Team productivity and discipline.
  • Shift & Schedule.
  • Full-time role.
  • Shift-based work depending on operational requirements.

Educational Qualification Required:

  • Any Bachelor's in Engineering / Equivalent.

Relevant Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Certificate in Warehouse Management.
  • Certificate in Inventory Management.
  • Certified Logistics Associate (CLA).
  • APICS – CPIM (Certified in Planning & Inventory Management added advantage).
  • Safety & Compliance.
  • Occupational Health & Safety Certification.
  • 5S / Workplace Safety Certification.

Breadth of the Role: Global.

Customer / Supplier Interaction: Yes - Discussing Requirements.
