Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations & Maintenance – MEP Systems.
  • Housekeeping & Hygiene.
  • Security Services.
  • Pest Control & Landscaping.
  • Water Supply & Plumbing.
  • Pantry & Food & Beverage Services.
  • Stationery & Office Supplies.
  • Waste Disposal & Environmental Management.
  • Employee Transport Management.
  • Fire Protection & Safety.
  • Sustainability & Energy Management.
  • Vendor & Contract Management.
  • Facility Budgeting & Cost Control.
  • Technology & Automation - Facility Management Systems (FMS) or IWMS for tracking assets, work orders, and space utilization.
  • Monitoring and adhering to Statutory and Regulatory compliances.

  • Facility uptime and service availability.
  • Preventive maintenance compliance.
  • Energy consumption reduction.
  • Transport punctuality and cost efficiency.
  • Food service quality and employee satisfaction scores.
  • Housekeeping and hygiene audit scores.
  • Waste recycling rate and water conservation metrics.
  • Vendor SLA adherence.
  • Statutory and environmental compliance (zero non-conformances).
  • Operational and property management skills.
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Management.
  • Create and manage facility budget.
  • Focus on team member growth.
  • Time management.
  • Basic computer skills - Database management, presentation software, social media skills, MS Office etc.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Civil Engineering
    8 to 10 years’ experience in Facility Management, preferably in Industrial premises.
  • Knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, transport logistics, and vendor management.
  • Certification & License: FMP or FMC professionals will be given preference.
  • Communication:English & a grip on the local language Kannada is mandatory.
