Responsibilities

What you will do:

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:

  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating activities and assisting our Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Create engaging content such as presentations, communication materials, and employer branding assets
  • Work with data and insights by preparing reports and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in Denmark and internationally, helping them navigate tools and processes
  • Help organise and participate in job fairs, talent attraction events, and training sessions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting projects and sharing new ideas that strengthen our recruitment approach

Our requirements

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything—but you are motivated to grow.

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Denmark within HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • A proactive mindset – you take initiative and enjoy connecting with colleagues to move things forward
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with experience in Excel/ Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • An interest in data, communication, and process improvement
  • Confidence in working in an international environment, with proficiency in both Danish and English
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across cultures and levels with respect and openness
  • Ready to commit on average at least 20 hours a week.

 

 

Location:

This role is based in our office in Ikast, with flexibility for hybrid work.
