Maintain and optimize our Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environment, including channels, naming conventions, and file structures
Ensure information is easy to access through clear documentation, onboarding materials, and “where-to-find-what” guides
Support ongoing clean-up, archiving, and improved content discoverability
Support reporting and operational tracking
Create and maintain simple reports and overviews (e.g., status updates, KPI snapshots, and summaries) in Excel or Power BI
Manage trackers for actions, decisions, risks, and requests, ensuring they are up to date and accessible
Provide lightweight executive support
Assist in preparing concise materials such as one-pagers, meeting notes, and follow-up summaries
Help structure input from stakeholders into clear and actionable outputs
Contribute to automation and AI-driven workflows (development opportunity)
Identify repetitive tasks and support the development of simple automations (e.g., reminders, notifications, workflows)
Explore and apply Copilot/LLM tools for summarization, drafting, and reporting in line with internal guidelines
