KK-Group Cooling Czech, a member of the A.P. Møller Group, is a leading Danish manufacturer of cooling systems for the wind energy sector and other industrial industries. For our growing team we are looking for a new colleague for the position of:Solution Lead

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the technical relationship with key customers and act as their primary technical contact
Analyze customer systems and identify cooling requirements and technical opportunities
Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager on account strategy and technical planning
Create and maintain system schematics and technical documentation to understand customer machine architectures
Support the sales funnel and RFQ process, including requirement analysis and preparation of technical proposals
Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and visits with customers
Coordinate with Product Owners and R&D to ensure solutions fit customer systems and technology roadmaps
Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and segment innovations
Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and industry fairs

Our requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Ideally 2–10 years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of thermodynamics and mechanical systems; experience with system solution design is a plus
Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
Experience with APQP is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, ERP systems (e.g., AX/D365); experience with CAD software is beneficial
Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work across teams
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional international language is an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30 days per year
