At KK Group cooling, we are looking for a Solution Lead with an industrial aftermarket focus who can combine technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong customer interaction.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing solutions that create value throughout the entire product lifecycle – balancing performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading global OEMs within the defense, mining and rail business to keep their machinery running efficiently and support the sustainability by prolonging lifetime.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with our customers’ engineering and aftermarket teams.
Develop aftermarket solutions that ensure performance, lifetime support, and cost-effectiveness.
Translate customer requirements and take lead with Key Account Managers in quotations.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Leads, and end-customers to align solutions with lifecycle requirements.
Support customer visits, technical sales, quality reviews, and aftermarket project rollouts.
Prepare technical presentations, manage documentation, and secure approvals for aftermarket-related solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends by attending key fairs, conferences, and aftermarket forums.

Our requirements

Engineering degree and experience in a similar role
Knowledge of cooling systems and thermodynamics.
Strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills & structured approach.
Experience with product development, ERP systems, and quality frameworks (APQP, APQPWind, ITAF).
Background in developing solutions for any segments within off-highway vehicles is an advantage.
Proactive mindset with a passion for engineering, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Excellent English communication skills.
German skills is an advantage
