Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects across the Corporate Development portfolio, including Strategy, M&A, Business Ventures, Government Affairs and Commercial Excellence.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, risk assessments and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and milestones.
  • Support due diligence, integration planning and post-merger integration activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives.
  • Track synergies, milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions, ensuring transparency and timely escalation where required.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting standards and project management practices aligned with KK PMO principles.
  • Prepare management reporting, steering committee materials and executive updates.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritization and tracking of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, business functions and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across projects.
  • Support governance forums, decision-making processes and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Continuously improve project management tools, governance, reporting practices and ways of working across Corporate Development.

Our requirements

Experience 

  • 5-10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, consulting, transformation, or related fields. 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in an international environment. 
  • Exposure to M&A, integration, strategy, transformation, or business development initiatives is considered an advantage. 
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.  

 

Skills 

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences. 
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. 
  • Fluent English communication skills.
