Senior Project Manager - Global IT M/F

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of KK Group’s strategic PLM transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects end‑to‑end—from early scoping and planning through execution, governance, and final delivery—ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical specialists, and external partners. The role requires a strong delivery mindset combined with excellent consulting and stakeholder‑management skills. You will lead initiatives from early concept and requirements definition through implementation, testing, deployment, user adoption, and operational handover.

A solid understanding of product data, engineering processes, and enterprise system landscapes will be a strong advantage. This position is well suited to someone with hands‑on PLM experience, a structured project‑management approach, and the ability to bring clarity and direction in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end IT project delivery using structured planning, clear milestones, and disciplined execution
Manage cross‑functional workstreams and critical project dependencies
Align stakeholders on priorities, decisions, risks, and resource requirements
Provide clear, timely, and transparent project status updates to all relevant stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and IT teams
Prepare decision materials and support the maturation of project proposals
Coordinate vendors and system integrators, ensuring quality, scope control, and on‑time delivery

Our requirements

Strong background in PLM/ALM concepts and digital thread principles
Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments and large‑scale transformation programs
Solid project‑management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse, international stakeholder groups
Confident decision‑making skills and ownership of outcomes, even with incomplete information
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences
Customer‑focused mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible business value
