Senior Lead - Validation, Evaluation & Verification M/F

For our office in Szczecin, we are seeking a Senior Lead to lead and develop the Change Control Process within the Validation, Evaluation & Verification team in KK Group. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives by analysing and documenting current processes, designing optimized future-state processes, and supporting the organisation through implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the standardization of engineering processes, templates, and design frameworks, ensuring global consistency and scalability of tools such as ALM.
  • Lead process integration and benchmarking across multiple sites to support harmonization and operational efficiency.
  • Assess business and process needs, and design optimization strategies that improve performance and support organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain process mapping and modelling to support measurable improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Validation, Evaluation & Verification, on employee development strategies that foster high performance and technical growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across all KK sites to identify improvement opportunities and drive cross-functional process initiatives.
  • Lead key strategic actions and improvement plans in alignment with the overall KK Strategy.
  • Support teams across Poland, India, Denmark, and other locations with expert guidance on complex process and system-related challenges.
  • Promote continuous improvement by enhancing systems, tools, and workflows that strengthen engineering and operational excellence.

Our requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Process Analysis & Design: Ability to analyse current workflows and design efficient, scalable processes.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with digital systems and the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
  • ALM & Change Control Awareness: Understanding of application lifecycle management practices, documentation standards, testing coordination, and structured change management.
  • Analytical & Structured Thinking: Ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and document processes clearly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and facilitation skills to gather information and align cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams and support organisations through change.
