Senior Lead - Sourcing Excellence

• Become the go‑to person for how our Source‑to‑Pay processes and systems work, and help us keep improving them.
• Lead and deliver cross-functional internal projects related to digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and process optimization, in line with Global Sourcing project management procedures.
• Act as the “glue” between Global Sourcing and colleagues in Finance and Supply Chain. By facilitating collaboration between technical experts and functional leaders, design integrated processes that support the entire business, whether optimizing existing workflows or integrating new entities through M&A.
• Help us roll out new tools and ways of working that make everyday tasks easier for our teams, particularly within the Source-to-Pay area.

Moreover, you:

•  Bring proven experience and a solid understanding of project management, change management, and/or business excellence.
• You’re quick at understanding how the business works and how processes fit together.
• Have a strong understanding of IT systems, such as ERP platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar); experience with sourcing-specific software (e.g. Keelvar, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Fairmarkit) is an advantage.
• Possess deep insight into sourcing, category management, and supply chain processes, with experience from a manufacturing environment considered a clear advantage.
• You’re someone who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and keeps a positive mindset even when things get busy with a genuine passion for building positive, collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
• Are curious and open-minded when solving business problems, applying a holistic and cross-functional mindset.
