We are looking for an experienced and ambitious HR Business Partner to the local leadership team who can facilitate the implementation of the HR annual wheel. In this role, you will support the implementation of KK HR processes, tools, and systems, support local initiatives with global People, Branding & Sustainability goals, and ensure a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a part of implementation of HR annual wheel
Facilitation of HR core processes and tools such as Employee Engagement Survey, People Review, Merit
Collaborate closely with Global HR Support team and Centers of Excellence within talent management, operations, compensation & benefit, branding
Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environment
• Experience from large, global organisations
• University degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in complex organisations with a strong HR setup
• Experience in HR area and partnering with leadership teams
• Advanced English (C1) and strong stakeholder management skills
