Senior Lead - Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Lead – Finance Business Partner to support strategic OEM accounts within the Wind business. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and requires a strong business-facing finance professional who can actively partner with commercial, project, and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Commercial Support
Act as Finance Business Partner for key OEM accounts in the Wind business.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Project Managers, and Department Heads.
Provide financial insights to support commercial decision-making and contract negotiations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management with a strong commercial mindset.
2. End-to-End Financial Steering
Manage financial oversight across the full lifecycle:
Quotation phase
Project execution phase
Mass production phase
Ensure profitability tracking across turnover, margin, EBITDA, and OPEX.
Drive cash flow and net working capital analysis and improvements.
3. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes (twice a year cycles).
Contribute to 5-year long-term strategic planning.
Support 12-month monthly closing and performance tracking.
Develop accurate financial outlooks and scenario planning.
4. Reporting & Performance Management
Lead monthly preparation and consolidation of “Pulse Outlook” for turnover forecasting (FY26 & FY27).
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial reporting.
5. Governance & Business Case Management
Lead financial governance for strategic business cases (SGRE and New Wind OEM portfolio).
Evaluate investment proposals, pricing models, and commercial risks.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and approval frameworks

Our requirements

Education & Qualifications

MBA in Finance OR
Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
ACCA OR
CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

Skills & Competencies

Strong commercial acumen and business partnering mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, matrix environment
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Outgoing, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
