We are looking for a driven and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Global Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with production and finance teams across multiple countries, driving performance, transparency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production teams across global sites and the global master data team
• Drive standardization of financial processes and costing methodologies
• Perform cost analysis & variance reporting (material, labor, overhead)
• Track and validate cost-out initiatives and savings
• Oversee master data (BOM & routing) accuracy and governance
• Conduct KPI analysis and reporting with actionable insights
• Support business decisions through ad hoc financial analysis

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance / Business Partnering / Controlling
• Strong expertise in operational controlling & financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP (AX, Aspect4) & BI tools (Qlik Sense)
• Understanding of data modeling / SQL is a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in a global or manufacturing environment preferred
