Senior Lead - Electronics Design M/F

As a Senior Lead Engineer – Electronics Systems, you will play a key role in driving technical solutions across projects and products within our Power and Controls organization. You will be responsible for ensuring technical compliance, supporting project execution, and contributing to new business development of electronics systems.

With your strong technical foundation and proactive mindset, you will act as a key technical stakeholder across both on internal projects and customer-oriented activities. Purpose of Role

Responsibilities

  • Secure project alignment through technical clarification and specification management
  • Ensure technical compliance with relevant standards, directives, and certifications
  •  Lead project-related technical tasks and support the Technical Project Lead (TPL) in securing overview, direction, and design focus
  •  Participate in technical reviews and approve work packages and project deliveries
  • Stay updated on technical developments, standards, certifications, opportunities, and risks within the product area
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with technical input for customer dialogues, quotations, and sales activities, including NPD hours and BOM estimations
  •  Contribute to pitching and presenting new products and technical concepts together with the KAM organization
  • Support Technical Project Owners in solving technical design-related issues in running production
  • Participate in Category Management Teams across the organization
  • Drive and facilitate D-FMEA activities for newly developed products

Our requirements

  • M.Sc., B.Sc., or similar degree within Electronics engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the electronics industry
  • Experience and proven track within design and validation according to relevant standards (e.g. CE, UL, EMC)
  • Experience working with technical standards, compliance, and certification processes
  •  Structured and systematic approach to engineering and project execution
  • Quality-conscious mindset with focus on following established procedures and processes
  • Customer-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Financial understanding related to electronics design and development
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical and commercial functions
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
