As the Lead for Business Analytics in the Supply Chain division, you will spearhead the utilization of data-driven insights to optimize supply chain processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible developing advanced analytics models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to improve overall supply chain performance.
1.Data Management and Governance:
• Oversee the collection, processing, and management of supply chain data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Define data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain high-quality data assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2.Analytics Development and Implementation:
• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics models and algorithms to address supply chain challenges, improve resource allocation, and enhance decision-making.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, track performance trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to leverage technology infrastructure, data platforms, and analytics tools to support supply chain analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
Master level from Business or Engineering Schools.
5+ years' of experience in related industry.
Proven track record of success in leading supply chain analytics initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, optimization, simulation, and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and data integration tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive project execution.
