Senior Group Reporting Manager

As Senior Group Reporting Manager, you will play an important role in supporting and further developing our Group reporting and consolidation processes in close collaboration with colleagues across Finance and the wider organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving selected finance and reporting projects, including contributing to IFRS implementations such as IFRS 18, supporting continuous improvements, and optimizing year-end closing and reporting processes
• Preparation of the Annual Report and annual reporting to A.P. Møller Holding together with the team, including coordination of relevant disclosures
• Maintaining, developing, and supporting the implementation of Group accounting policies (IFRS) in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
• Supporting monthly Group consolidation and IFRS reporting processes
• Participating in finance integration activities related to acquisitions and business growth
• Collaborating with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality reporting processes
• Supporting initiatives related to process optimization, automation, and development of reporting structures and systems
• Participating in ongoing improvement projects and finance transformation initiatives
• Contributing to strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and functions

We imagine that you have experience within Group reporting, consolidation, audit, or financial controlling from an international environment and that you are motivated by working in a dynamic organization undergoing growth and development.

In addition, you bring:

• A relevant degree within Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation processes
• Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting principles
• Experience working with ERP and reporting systems
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a structured approach
• A collaborative mindset and good stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity towards process improvements, digital tools, and new ways of working
• Professional communication skills in English

Experience with areas such as M&A integration, ESG reporting, or finance transformation is considered an advantage - but not a requirement
