Responsibilities

Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Manage transportation schedules and delivery timelines.
Maintain logistics documentation and system records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Support continuous improvement in outbound logistics operations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor outbound shipment activities.

Our requirements

Knowledge of outbound logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work with logistics systems (D365) and documentation.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Additional information:

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP / logistics tracking software MS Excel or similar reporting tools Dispatch and transportation management platforms

Educational Qualification Required:

Any Bachelor's in Engineering / Equivalent

Relevant Experience Required:

6+ Years

Certifications & Licenses:

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – APICS
Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) – APICS
Diploma / Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
