Regular communication with support departments for the successful introduction of new products into serial production. production.-

Providing supervision and technical support and solving problems during the production of a new product for design validation and manufacturability verification.-

Preparation, provision and registration of customer-required PPAP documents and sharing with PM / TAM.-

Ensuring registration and related documentation in new of introduced products, sharing with other support departments and superiors, handing over products to serial production.-

Support in the transfer of production of products from other NCS plants.

Performance of other tasks according to superior's instructions related to the introduction of new products in terms of APQP.-

Checking customer complaints and sharing knowledge when introducing similar products with Project Management / Product owner.-

Regular reporting to the project management, superiors and interested departments about the progress of the project and their problems and solutions.

Positive motivation of other colleagues during introduction of new products, orientation to the customer and his requirements.-

Shares technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Leading the introduction and industrialization of new products in prototype and 0.series phases into serial production in line with technical requirements, customer standards, and APQP principles.
Coordinating cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Engineering, Design, Project, Production) to ensure readiness and successful launch of prototypes and 0-series.
Assessing manufacturability, identifying and managing risks, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
Supporting design validation and solving production issues during new product builds.
Preparing and maintaining PPAP and customer-required documentation, ensuring smooth handover to serial production and transfers from other sites.
Driving continuous improvement in NPI and lean manufacturing processes (5S, material flow, productivity, scrap reduction).
Ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards, with authority to stop production if safety or quality is compromised.
Providing regular reporting, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing to support project teams and foster a customer-focused culture.

University degree in engineering/technical field or secondary school education 8 years of experience -

Experience in the position of NPI/APQP/Project management for at least 3 years

Knowledge and orientation and PC (MS office, Windchill an advantage)

Experience with production process technology, or project management min. 2 years-

Active knowledge of the English language-

Experience with risk management and problem solving through root cause analysis (RCCA) an advantage

Orientation in Windchill, Creo View – ACD (3D, 2D) software environment

Orientation in ERP production system (Aspect, Microsoft 365 Navision)

Knowledge of production technology and content of technical documentation according to EN, ISO -

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 9004 standards, ISO 19011 (Management System Auditing), -

Understanding of FMEA documents, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart and other PPAP documents, orientation in APQP methodology. -

Ability to measure, evaluate and interpret results.
