Senior Business Analyst - Product Management

Overall function (role):

• Support the development of Business Strategies by delivering relevant analysis during yearly portfolio planning or as required.
• Provide in-depth Business Insights from diverse sources, including customer data, market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics together with Product Excellence team.
• Collaborate on maintaining a dynamic and realistic Business Roadmap with key updates based on internal and external factors.
  Specific Analyst (role):
• Develop and maintain a framework for Competitor Analysis, including benchmarking performance and identifying competitive advantages.
• Conduct Market Analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Evaluate Product Performance Metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build and deliver Strategic Recommendations and presentations to key stakeholders, such as Senior Product Managers and the leadership team.
• Create and manage tools and processes to maintain data accuracy and reporting standards for all strategic documents.
• Act as a key facilitator in cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment between business units, Product Management, and R&D.

• Master degree in Technical or/and Management
• Min. + 10 years professional experience incl. 3 -5 years in Product Management
• Working experience within Wind, P2X or renewables
• Knowledge and experience in developing business strategies and roadmaps
• Proven English communication skills verbal and written
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
