Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant you will:

• Manage customer master data and maintain data accuracy
• Monitor, analyze, and collect receivables across KK Group entities
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies
• Post transactions and allocating incoming payments
• Prepare and distribute account statements and open balance reports
• Deliver reports, analyses, and financial overviews
• Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and locations
• Respond to inquiries from customers, auditors, and internal teams
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support Invoice-to-Cash data migration and transformation projects

Who You Are

You bring both strong accounting expertise and a proactive mindset. You enjoy working independently while building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or Accounts Receivable role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems - Familiarity with MS Dynamics is considered a strong asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive, solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• The ability to work independently in a global environment
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
