Responsibilities

Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for condition monitoring and safety monitoring for the Indian market.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical experts, to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and effectively present KK's product portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Expand the use of TCM® and safety monitors in both new and existing wind turbine generator (WTG) fleets.
  • Represent KK Group at industry events.

Our requirements

  • We’re looking for someone with documented success in managing long sales cycles.
  • Experience- 8 plus years.
  • Experience in the wind industry, ideally from a technology/service provider, wind turbine manufacturer, or wind asset operator, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in project sales, capable of handling complex stakeholder environments and lengthy sales processes.
  • Excellent English &  basic Hindi communication skills.
  • An educational background in economics or a technical field.
  • A self-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and persistent approach to customer interactions, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Additional Information:

  • Role: Individual Contributor
  • Mode of Work-Hybrid
  • Travel- Once in a while International travel and frequent visits to customers in India.
  • Job Location- KK Group, Corporate Office Bangalore.
