Are you ready to lead customer projects that make wind energy more efficient, more competitive—and more essential in the green transition?
Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of wind power systems—where you’ll lead customer-specific projects related to electromechanical systems, work with experienced teams, and take real ownership in delivering solutions that create value.
“As we grow, our projects grow in complexity—and so does the impact of project managers. This role isn’t just about keeping things on track—it’s a chance to grow into shaping how we manage projects and connect people across teams, customers, and sites,” says Director–Project Management, Tamas Toth.
The Team you will join
You’ll join a diverse and experienced project management team, driving customer projects as well as initiatives that support the development of our own products and ways of working. With a clear project model and solid governance in place, we actively share feedback, improve tools, and learn from each other to raise the bar on how we deliver.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to run customer projects related to electromechanical systems for wind turbines. The role involves planning and driving delivery across different functions, maintaining close contact with the customer, and ensuring smooth execution from contract to production.
The right candidate will have some hands-on experience with projects—ideally in a technical or industrial environment—and be ready to take ownership from the start. They’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team. As they grow into the role, there will also be opportunities to work on internal product projects and improvements to the way we run projects.
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on customer-facing projects related to electromechanical systems for wind turbines—ensuring strong coordination across internal teams and close alignment with the customer’s project organization. You’ll be supported by a structured project model and experienced colleagues, but ownership of planning, budget, progress, and delivery will be yours from the start.
Most projects include several subprojects and require cross-functional cooperation with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Production, Quality, Planning, Service, and Finance.
