People Data & Strategy Analyst M/F

We are looking for a structured and analytically strong People Data & Strategy Analyst to strengthen data-driven decision-making and support execution of People & Culture strategic priorities.

You will improve the availability, structure, and usability of People data, delivering clear insights that support leadership decisions and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CHRO and PBS leadership team, you will contribute with analysis, structured follow-up, and measurable input to key priorities.

This is a great opportunity to build and shape People data and analytics capabilities, while actively supporting the execution of key People initiatives.

Responsibilities

People Data & Reporting

  • Improve availability, accessibility, and usability of People data across the organization
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI)
    Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize reporting

Data Management & Enablement

  • Support structuring and organizing existing People data to increase transparency and reliability
  • Contribute to improving how data is collected, maintained, and used across the function
  • Explore and introduce new tools or approaches to improve data visualization and usability

Strategy Execution Support

  • Support execution of PBS strategy through data tracking, follow-up, and insights
  • Provide structured input and analysis to support key initiatives and priorities
  • Help monitor progress of strategic actions and highlight risks or gaps
  • Contribute to translating strategy into measurable indicators and reporting

Insights & Decision Support

  • Deliver insights on workforce trends and organizational development
  • Support workforce planning and budgeting discussions through data and analysis
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking
  • Translate data into clear, actionable input for leadership discussions

Leadership Support

  • Prepare structured analysis, insights, and presentations for the CHRO and PBS leadership team
  • Support preparation of selected materials for leadership meetings and Board discussions

Our requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Data Analytics or similar
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, analytics, or controlling (HR experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, structured materials
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and drive improvements
  • Fluent English
