Mechanical Engineer - Control Systems M/F

Do you want to be part of a team responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions for renewable energy?

Join us and contribute to New Product Development (NPD) and innovative concepts for electrical cabinets used in wind turbines. You will also support modifications of existing panels, helping optimise solutions for large-scale green energy projects.

Responsibilities

Your role


Based in Poland, you will work on global projects in close cooperation with teams in Denmark, India, and Poland. You will collaborate with stakeholders such as Technical Project Leads, Electrical Engineers, System Engineers, and Project Managers.

 

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting prototype building and troubleshooting
  • Conducting technical analysis of mechanical components and processes
  • Reviewing and validating designs to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
  • Preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications
  • Providing engineering insights and recommendations to project teams
  • Identifying potential failures or inefficiencies and proposing improvements

Our requirements

Your profile

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including design and development
  • Practical experience with production processes
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling using SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of D-FMEA analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to travel when needed
  • Fluent in English and Polish

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of vibration testing according to standards EN 60068-2-6, EN 60068-2-27 and EN 60068-2-64
  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM
  • Familiarity with UL 508A standard
