Responsible for prototypes and NPI at SK -CAC, lead NPI&Prototype team of 2 people.
Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Design, Project, and Quality teams to secure resources and readiness.
Identify and manage risks, evaluate manufacturability, and propose corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain documentation (PPAP, DFM feedback, Lessons Learned) and ensure successful handover to pre-series production (0-series).
Drive continuous improvement in NPI and lean manufacturing processes (5S, Material Flow, Productivity, Scrap).
Provide technical support during prototyping, solve production issues, and support validation of design.
Report project status, issues, and solutions to management and stakeholders.
Control prototype-related costs and prepare annual CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

Responsibility for the entrusted department composed of prototype and NPI en-gineers and assigned workers, ensuring the efficient running of the department and assigned tasks.-

Responsibility for the prototype phase of the project, monitoring and testing of new products according to technical requirements and customer standards.-Ensuring and compliance production schedule and production of prototypes on time.-

Management and control of costs associated with the production of prototypes.-Coordination of activities between departments (planning, engineering, design, project and quality) to ensure readiness for the implementation of the prototype phase and its successful transfer to the next phase 0.series.-

Ensuring all necessary resources for the implementation of the prototype.-Identification and management of risks for newly tested products, assessment of manufacturability and proposal of owners for the implementation of corrective measures.-

Constant improvement and optimization related to the Prototype phase and NPI activities (from the point of view APQP).-

Co-responsibility for improving lean production processes (5S, Material Flow, Producibility, Scrap)-

Observance of OSH regulations and internal documentation.-Authority to stop production or product line in the event of a threat to safety (OSH) or production quality.

University degree in engineering/technical field or secondary school education 8 years of experience-

Experience in the position of NPI/PROTOTYPE at least 3 years-Experience with production process technology, or project management min. 2 years -

Active knowledge of the English language -

Experience with risk management and problem solving through root cause analysis (RCCA)

Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) - Orientation in Windchill, Creo View - ACD (3D, 2D) -

Orientation in the production ERP system (KOM - Aspect) -

Knowledge of production technology and content of technical documentation according to EN, ISO -

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 9004, ISO 19011 (Management System Auditing) standards, -

Understanding FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart and other PPAP documents, orientation in APQP methodology.-

Ability to measure, evaluate and interpret measurement results
