Manager - Internal Logistics (Process Excellence)

As Manager – Internal Logistics, you will be responsible for leading internal logistics operations and driving process excellence across the production organization.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the team responsible for internal logistics setup and daily operations
  • Defining and optimizing production line supply methods and material issuing processes (end-to-end)
  • Driving continuous improvement and optimization of logistics and warehouse processes in line with LEAN principles
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of tools that support and improve logistics and warehouse operations
  • Actively participating in projects related to new material flows, layout changes, or initiatives impacting warehouse processes
  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining logistics standards and best practices
  • Cooperating closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and other supporting function

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and result-oriented approach
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • LEAN / Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Experience with WMS systems (knowledge of D365 is an advantage)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
