Lead, Technical Project Lead - SCADA Systems M/F

At our office in Szczecin, you will join our core project team, responsible for new customer projects. Here, you will work alongside our key account managers, project managers and our highly competent team of engineers and technicians. You will be deeply involved in both the project execution and bidding process. 
 
Drive technical challenging projects 


As our new technical project lead, you will have the end-to-end technical responsibility for specific customer projects. The projects involve both build to print and build to specification of SCADA hardware systems. You will collaborate closely with your team of engineers, our key account managers and the SCADA engineering team along the way.

Responsibilities

This means, that you will: 

  • Take lead on technical aspects of product development projects (Electrical and mechanical)   
  • Guide your team through the design, development, prototyping, testing and production implementation stages and secure a review of the completed work 
  • Drive technical part of customer meetings to clarify technical needs, specifications and provide support on quotations 
  • Ensure that the technical solution is cost-optimal and quality gates are passed on time 
  • Manage the technical risks

Our requirements

Skilled Technical Project Lead 


As a person, you thrive in a can-do culture, where we constantly strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. You are self-driven, able to take the lead and drive your projects independently. Moreover, you: 

  • Have +4 years’ experience within design/manufacturing of industrial control panels or similar – preferably from the wind industry or similar industrial applications 
  • Have solid experience from a similar role as a Technical Project Lead 
  • Bring a BSc or MSc in electrical (power) engineering, alternatively you have a degree in Service or Marine Engineering 
  • Have the flexibility to travel around 20 days a year to visit customers and our production sites – mostly within Europe 
  • Speak and write English fluently
