Lead Tax Accountant - Global Tax & Compliance

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (local files, supporting analyses) in line with group policies and under supervision of TP manager
• Perform transfer pricing calculations and margin analyses for routine intercompany transactions.
• Monitor changes in business flows and financial results, identifying potential TP impacts or deviations.
• Support implementation of updates to TP policies and models following regulatory or business changes.
• Perform economic and functional analyses to support documentation and reviews.
• Assist with data collection, benchmarking updates and coordination with local finance teams.

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.

·         At least 6 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years with direct exposure to tax and compliance.

·         Knowledge in transfer pricing laws and regulations.

·         Understanding of finance, valuation, and economic concepts.

·         Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and review data to provide actionable recommendations.

·         Self-motivated with a readiness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.

·         A hard worker, quick learner with a positive “can do” attitude.
