1. Payroll Coordination & Verification:Cooperate with the external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Verify payroll outputs provided by the payroll vendor. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing. Manage and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Support year-end payroll activities (e.g., annual tax statements, holiday balances).Installation of benefits.
2. Employee Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records in both physical files and HR systems. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR documents. Support onbording porcess (medical test and welcome e-mails and forms)
3. Time & Attendance Administration: Monitor and validate attendance records, vacation requests, sick leave certificates, and other absence documentation.
Provide support to employees and managers in using time-tracking systems.
4. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes in cooperation with HR and managers. Prepare necessary documents and support communication with new hires and leavers. Ensure proper documentation for payroll updates and final settlements.
5. HR Administrative Support:Prepare employment confirmations, income statements, and other employee requests. Participate in annual Salary review process. 6.Compliance&Reporting: comply with labor law, support in audits, prepare reports
· Coordinate payroll processes and work with vendors – ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
· Review and reconcile the provider’s prepared payroll against the approved payroll inputs.
· Provide labor code advisory to PBP's and business leaders.
· Coordinate benefits installation and administration.
· Provide on-site employee services
· Provide all activity according "start to end" for employees in KK, contact with candidates
· Prepare all employees documentation (job contracts, annexes, etc.)
· Prepare working time and absence input for payroll.
· Manage payroll administration and work regulations.
· Prepare payroll reports and analysis.
· Ensure local compliance: tax, social insurance, and pension settlements and tasks.
· Participate in P&C projects.
· Participate in audits.
· Handle all authority topics.
· Take care of procedures and company rules.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Knowledge of payroll calculation from gross to net.
· Experience in managing working time and employee absences (shift system).
· Knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and taxes.
· Proficiency in English at a communicative level (B1 or higher).
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Enthusiastic approach to work and assigned tasks (can-do attitude).
· Hardworking, communicative, and open to the needs of employees and the business.
