Lead - Payroll & Compliance (Slovakia) M/F

We are currently seeking a Lead – Payroll & Compliance to join our team in Cachitce, Slovakia. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate payroll execution, legal compliance, and employee support across our production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll processes and vendor collaboration.
  • Validate payroll inputs and reconcile provider reports.
  • Manage working time and absence data for payroll.
  • Prepare employment documentation (contracts, annexes).
  • Provide on-site employee services and support.
  • Ensure compliance with labour law, tax, social insurance, and pension regulations.
  • Advise People Business Partners and leaders on labour code matters.
  • Administer benefits and participate in audits and P&C projects.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll calculation (gross to net).

  • Experience managing working time and absences in a shift-based system.

  • Solid understanding of Slovak labour law, social insurance, and taxation.

  • Communicative English (B1+).

  • Proactive, resilient, and employee-focused mindset.

 

 


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a production company with a blue-collar workforce.
  • Familiarity with AX/D365 systems.
