Lead - IT Operations

Are you passionate about modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT operations? We are looking for a Lead – Lead - IT Operations to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our Linux, Windows, and Azure-based environments.

In this position, you will combine operational excellence with continuous improvement, driving automation, security best practices, and cloud adoption across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments (on-premises and cloud-based)
  • Ensure system availability, performance, security, and patch compliance
  • Perform provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related incidents
  • Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Manage users, groups, permissions, and access policies
  • Support identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security and access governance standards
  • Operate and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and selected Azure PaaS services
  • Monitor cloud resources and optimise performance and costs
  • Support cloud migration projects and hybrid integrations between on-premises and Azure environments
  • Collaborate with network teams on infrastructure changes and implementations
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatio Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Intune
  • Experience administering Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu and Red Hat
  • Good understanding of networking technologies and Cisco LAN environments
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network segmentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers
  • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English
