• Write, edit, and maintain procedures and process documentation.
• Document PLM program deliverables, including project processes, ways of working, and roles/responsibilities.
• Gather and validate information from subject matter experts (SMEs), business owners, and project teams.
• Translate complex workflows and system-related information into clear, structured documentation.
• Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Ensure documentation is consistent, easy to follow, and aligned with internal standards and templates.
• Review and update documentation based on project changes, process improvements, and new releases.
• Maintain documentation repositories and version control for both operational and project documentation.
• Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Identify gaps in documentation and proactively recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation templates and formatting guidelines.

Competencies (e.g. technical skills):

• Experience documenting system-related processes and workflows (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES, CRM).
• Ability to understand and document end-to-end business processes and system touchpoints.
• Familiarity with PLM concepts (BOM, change management, part lifecycle, document control, approvals, etc.).
• Experience in process mapping and diagram tools (Visio, Miro, etc.).
• Knowledge of documentation lifecycle management (versioning, reviews, approvals).
• Comfortable working with technical teams (IT, solution architects, engineering, system integrators) and translating inputs into clear documentation.
• Ability to structure documentation for different audiences (business users, key users, admins).

Educational Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Business or a related field.

Relevant Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years.

Certifications & Licenses: Technical Writing certification (preferred).
