Lead - Customer Quality M/F

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Lead – Customer Quality to strengthen and develop our customer quality processes globally.

In this role, you will be the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood, fulfilled and continuously improved upon. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving quality performance, managing improvement initiatives and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Customer Quality Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters.
  • Ensure customer requirements, specifications and contractual quality expectations are met.
  • Build, maintain and develop strong customer quality relationships and partnerships.

Performance & Improvement

  • Monitor, analyse and report quality performance, customer feedback and quality-related KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop, implement and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Own customer action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure of actions.

 

Project & Audit Management


  • Provide quality oversight for new product introduction (NPI) and product development projects.
  • Participate in selected customer projects as the quality representative.
  • Plan, support and participate in customer audits.
  • Coordinate audit findings, corrective actions and follow-up activities.


Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams to address customer concerns and improve product quality.
  • Ensure agreed targets, deliverables and deadlines are achieved.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Quality Management, Customer Quality or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies and customer quality processes.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and drive corrective actions across multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing teams in a global environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
